Hi,
I am student currently studying at sussex and just wondering how much physcotherapy and life coaching costs generally?It is something I feel I could benefit from but don’t know whether to try to get a referal or just go straight foward with it myself, I have a history of low self-esteem, little confidence, occasional depression, anxiety and just generally problems.
Any reply will be greatly apreciated

I’ve only just seen this comment in this section so apologies for the delay in replying. Psychotherapy and counselling is available through your GP, but there will probably be a waiting list. Privately the costs can range from £35 – £60 for a 50 minute session. Universities normally have a counselling service as well so it might be worth seeing what’s available.
